Sales Manager (Freight forwarding)

Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Increase awareness of company and capability in local market.
- Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer&039;s inquiries support other departments.
- Weekly update market intelligent & related report to Management.
- Find new Customer/ Co- loader, export sale ( US, Canada, Europe, Asia,...)
- Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
- Perform arising tasks assigned by Branch Manager.
- Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service
- Expand company footprint on the local market.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow- up accordingly.

- Bachelor degree or higher, preferable in Logistics, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 03- 05 year experience in the similar position.
- Fluent in English (spoken & writing)
- Business acumen and convince customer
- Market Intelligence and product knowledge in International Freight Forwarding
