Sales Manager (Nonlife Insurance)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Vietnamese team serving direct Japanese clients. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring service excellence in line with our company’s standards and strategic goals.
Business Growth Strategy
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
- Support superiors in executing growth strategies for the direct Japanese client segment.
- Collaborate with management to gather market insights and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.
- Monitor the execution of business strategies and report issues with proposed solutions.
Sales Management
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation and operational standards.
- Establish and manage sales procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Implement sales campaigns, monitor renewals, and report client feedback to relevant departments.
- Oversee the sales operations of the HCMC Marketing team, focusing on Japanese direct clients.
- Develop all business lines of the Company.
Customer Servicing
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure high- quality after- sales services, including presentations, safety training & risk survey program, gifts & entertainment policy, discount rating scheme, etc.
Product & Business Development
- Prepare marketing materials and implement client engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on insurance market trends and analyze product performance.
- Participate in product development and new business initiatives.
Team Management
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster cross- team collaboration.
- Handle recruitment, training, performance evaluation, task delegation, and team development.
- Lead and manage the Vietnamese team responsible for Japanese business.
