Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the food ingredients industry? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our international trading company, specializing in savory or sweet ingredients and flavors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to meet client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the food industry.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in both savory and sweet product lines.

Proven experience in sales, particularly in food ingredients, flavors, or related sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English language.
Strong understanding of both savory and sweet products.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
