What you need to do
Data report: Maintaining and updating sales and customer records; Compiling monthly sales reports; Analyze client’s reports to provide more insight to the sales team; Other reports per request.
Stay up to date with new products and features.
After- sales services: direct feedback from Sales to relevant departments; in coordination with Sales manager to solve any issue occurred during sales process.
Incharge of paperwork, including butnot limited to vendor registration, contract/proposal/ quotation/PO drafting & processing, payment documents, etc.
Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.
Manage existing client accounts and client’s budget.
Process order and reconciliation in a timely manner with accuracy. Cooperate with other relating departments to ensure a smooth process internally.
Stay up- to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
What you should have
Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
Good command in English is a plus.
Certification in Marketing, Business administration, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
At least 2+ years of experience at relevant positions; Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales Operation agent (B2B).
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with Contracts, familiarity with accounting procedures.
Familiarity with Sales reports and Sales Contracts/Agreements.
Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of orders.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel in particular); Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
