Sales Support - HCM Office Dachser Vietnam Co., Ltd

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions to support Sales Team when needed
• Support Sales team in case of disputes or escalations from the customers by coordinating the escalation with related parties
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive
range of products and services
• Conduct Market research to identify new potential customers in the market and share the updated list with Management
• Support in other Sales activities when requested by Sales Manager.
• Maintain a team work/spirit relationship with Sales team and other related departments to achieve the set goals together
• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships

 Education: College or/and above;
 Experience: 1- 3 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry. Knowledge of handling air freight and sea freight shipments both, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
 Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill
 Language Skills: Fluent English both in written and speaking
