Sales data and reporting, KPIs monitoring, incentive calculation, budgeting:
• Monitor & tracking budget for sales activities.
• Track, monitor and analyze KPIs and propose solutions to address challenge faced.
• Calculate sales incentives according to sales compensation plans and policies, ensuring incentive calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
Logistics & Supports:
• Inventory Reporting & Complete document/daily transactions.
• Help sales and training team to prepare documents.
• Arrange sales meeting and take meeting minutes.
• Support external partners for all process and procedures.
• Support trips & events for sales forces.
• Carry out communication bulletins on emulation and honoring programs for partners and internally.
• Send and receive out related correspondence/follow- up...to the Sales team and track the delivery accurately and timely.
• Procurement process & delivery tracking with vendors (Supplier, Courier service ...)
Contest scheme:
• Propose contest scheme monthly, quarterly, yearly, ad- hoc, ... to push sales.
• Prepare memo for contests.
Perform other related duties as assigned/required.

Knowledge and experience of Life Insurance products and operations; experience of Bancassurance is preferred.
Bachelor&039;s degree
High responsibility, high commitment, team spirit
Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Self- managed, self- motivated.
3 years&039; experience related to Sales Support/Sales Admin in Life Insurance companies
Fluent Vietnamese; Good English communication and writing skills;
Professional in Microsoft Office.
Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure.
