Sales Support Secretary (GT channel) - Urgent !

* Daily Tasks:

Send Routine report of staff, chain, team leader and Supervisor
Send delivery report to remind agents
Random phone calls to check, gather more information, and monitor the implementation of programs from the company
Approve code for new customer, update customers&039; information change on system

* Monthly/ Quarterly Tasks:

Collect target data New AR from Sup & send to RSM via request
Send report to remind agents without confirming delivery (half month) & admin fee report
Open/delete/transfer POSM contracts as requested by Team Leader
Register promotion campaign on the Department of Industry and Trade, send to Distrubutors and Sup as requests
Check the accuracy of data on system; remind Manager & Sup confirm data and send the result to agents & distributors
Become a member who join, executes, and completes the tasks in the project.
Conduct POSM inv & collect POSM signatures in assigned areas
Check the quarterly discount reports of 2 distributors in the Northern region: Phu Thai & Hapharco

Graduated from university in related fields: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration...
Able to communicate in English
Careful, enthusiastic at work, diligent and responsible at work.
Proficient in using office skills: Excel (input test); Word, Power Point, Outlook Office..
Female with at least 2- 3 years of experience as Sales Support Executive/Operations Admin/Sales Admin... for companies in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, retail industries with many SKUs...
