Sales Team Leader (Airside products)

Primary responsibility to Sales of Airside solutions business.
Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly, half- year, yearly target assigned by company.
Responsible for generating Sales for Airside Business and creating value stream for increasing Airside sales growth.
Excellent knowledge of Airside market, equipment specifications.
Track actual business results from released Market Coverage (MCS) projects and take improvement actions when necessary.
Responsible for relationship building directly with consultants and end- users to drive product specs and value.
Able to consult/assist the customers in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and solutions, specifically Airside system.
The performance shall be measured by order/sales, market share, and profit goals assigned office.

Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four- year college or university
of 4 years combined working experience in the areas of Consultant, Contractor, or related Airside is preferable.
Availability to travel for business purposes as needed.
Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.
Have good connections with Direct & Industrial customers.
Having a mindset/competence to drive direct sales activity.
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air- conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R) fundamentals, system engineering, Energy Solutions, as well as air system applications.
Active personality with analytical mind, Proactive, Team Player, Customer- oriented and
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad.
Enthusiasm and teamwork.
Service- minded, good attitude, Positive Thinking.
