Sales training program design and implementation
In collaboration with the Sales Trainer, support to design and develop training material meeting the needs of the training requirements
Report on a monthly basis the planning and outcomes of the training programs
Consistently update the training material and techniques to improve training effectiveness in collaboration with the Sales Trainer
Work with the Sales Trainer to update all Sales collaterals necessary for in center and online sales presentations
Ensure that the ground rules and procedures are integrated into the training material and timely updated
Analyze the monthly performance management outcome and provide recommendations on training requirements in line with the different roles&039; expectations across the sales function
Sales training requirement identification, planning and delivery
In collaboration with the Sales Trainer, support development a standard training evaluation template that can be used at center level on a consistent basis
Deliver adapted training sessions to the respective sales teams according to the planned schedule and in line with the agenda agreed upon with the Center head of Sales
Schedule a monthly training agenda for each center
Manage and maintain in- house training facilities and equipment
Sales team recruitment support
Delivering face- to- face on- boarding training sessions to the new Sales team members
Support HR Talent Acquisition by giving feedback the newbies during the on- boarding training period
Process and system improvement and managerial support
Propose system improvement to the Business Analysis Specialist
Support the preparation of the training material for all changes in policies, processes or system updates concerning the Sales function
Participate to cross- functional projects aimed at streamlining the sales- related processes of the organization
Participate to monthly sales team members performance reviews with Center Head of Sales, Head of Sales Function and HR
