˗ Assist in local and international travel bookings and reservations promptly for the Department following KPMG policy. (Ticket & hotel accommodation)˗ Assist P/Ds in claiming monthly taxi fares and other expenses incurred for business purposes˗ Assist P/Ds with managing their timesheets and calendars˗ Check timesheets, send weekly reminders for missing submissions. Verify overtime claim forms, and book leave on behalf of staff as required˗ Coordinate logistics for training sessions, meetings, and events. Assist with administrative requests from the department and P/Ds, including managing petty cash and office supply inventory˗ Support your department&039;s staff through onboarding and exit procedures˗ Prepare proposal and/or engagement letter/contract with existing clients, type or translate documents (for internal or external use) in accordance with the KPMG template standards˗ Manage document storage, manage customer information on CRM system and other system support tasks related to business˗ Other assigned tasks from Consulting Operations Lead

Below are the key requirements for the position:
˗ Strong working attitude and ability to follow through on assigned tasks
˗ Good English communication skills
˗ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
˗ Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administrations, or English
˗ Up to 1 year of experience working in a related field
