Senior Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell
• Develop project plan, estimates
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including production, creative, media, finance, and billing
• Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
• Act as point of contact for assigned clients
• Working as a member of an account team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations of appropriate services
• Provide client reporting on an as- needed basis
• Assist with the creation of project scopes and proposals (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)
Requirements:
• Project management, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Customer service mindset
• At least 2 years of experience and already operating at the Digital Account Executive level in the digital marketing field, agency.
• High- energy individual with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• General social awareness about economic growth, consumers, cultural and market trend
