Senior Accountant

Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting for Trimco Vietnam operations while supporting cash flow management and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting

Maintain accounting records in ERP system
Manage GL, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting
Perform account reconciliations and accruals
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year- end closing
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Compliance & Tax

Coordinate external audit and tax consultants
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards and tax regulations
Prepare VAT, CIT, and statutory reports

Cash Flow & Operations Support

Monitor AR collection and AP payments
Support inventory accounting and costing
Monitor cash flow and banking activities

Internal Controls

Assist finance manager in ad- hoc projects
Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Support process improvement initiatives

Good English communication skills
5+ years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
ERP experience (D365/SAP preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of Vietnam tax and accounting regulations
