Senior AI Researcher

Responsibilities:
As the AI Researcher, we are looking for members to join our AI team and lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. As a core member of our research team, you&039;ll play an integral role in challenges such as:

Maintain thorough documentation of research findings, model performance, and methodologies to support future development and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with cross- functional teams, including data team, BE engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into applications.
Refine and optimize AI models based on testing results and real- world feedback, focusing on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Conduct rigorous testing of AI models, including performance evaluation and robustness checks, to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Investigate and analyze existing AI models and solutions in the market to identify trends and opportunities..
Design and implement PoCs for new AI technologies and models to demonstrate feasibility and potential impact.

Present research findings and PoC results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for product improvements.

Job requirement:
Educational Background: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Technical Skills:

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Experience in developing and debugging in Python/R.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit- learn ...)
Deep understanding of artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques.
Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, NumPy).
Documents the research process and results.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for deploying AI models(e.g., GCP).

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team- oriented environment.
