Generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs. competition
Development of marketing plans in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process by identifying the key issues/opportunities and developing action plans for the brand in line with

business objectives.

Supervising and developing human resources within the team (if any)
Reviewing the actual numbers vs. sales forecast and recommending action plans to close gaps in Monthly Business Planning meetings (MSR, MGR, MFR)
Creating engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touchpoints
Proposing optimal PFME budgets for brands based on ICP. Ensure all PFME investments are properly reviewed and evaluated
Delighting consumers with product experience on taste (60/40+ win)
Monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
Ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies
Managing innovation & renovation based on consumer insights which include identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, preparing and implementing launch and post- evaluation

Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and result focus
Graduate with 5 year experience in Consumer marketing and/or communication/CCSD with strong marketing functional skills
Proven record of success in building brands
