RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Launches & Campaigns:
Develop and execute launch strategies for new products, encompassing pre- launch hype, social media engagement, public relations, and influencer marketing.
Collaborate in refining product positioning and messaging across diverse target audiences and marketing channels.
Go- to- Market Campaign Support:
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive go- to- market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.
Create compelling campaign materials, including presentations, brochures, website content, and email marketing templates.
Content & PR Management:
Utilize various channels to optimize campaign reach and maximize success.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion customers (KOCs).
Participate in product photography and beauty shoots.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance communication strategies.
Create engaging content, including scripts for TikTok/Reels/Campaigns/Events/Livestreams, to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
Edit content (text and visuals) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various channels, including website copy, social media content, and email marketing.
Collaborate with designers, creative team members, and freelancers to produce high- quality content materials.
Manage the quality of content across all social channels, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and effective brand messaging.
Seeding & Crisis Management:
Collaborate with agencies, review content, and manage the entire seeding process.
Conceptualize and execute detailed seeding plans for new product launch campaigns.
Handle and resolve any potential communication crises.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work effectively with cross- functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
