Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Prepare detailed business requirement documents, process flows, and technical specifications using tools like Visio, JIRA, and Mural.
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements to develop suitable software solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Overall 5- 7 years of work experience with a minimum of 2- 3 years working experience in the Insurance / Banking / Financial.
Broad knowledge of all aspects of the systems/software development lifecycle (Visio, JIRA, Mural)
Good command of English and Vietnamese
