• Collaborate with Front-end and Back-end developers to align on specific requirements, facilitate development progress, and oversee project timelines. 

Role:

• Analysis of multiple projects in the capacity of a Business Analyst. 


• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Vietnam AI market and trends to facilitate the planning of new projects. 


• Cultivate relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, comprehending and negotiating the needs and expectations of various stakeholders. 


• Furnish project-level analysis, including the creation of essential project analysis documentation (business requirements, system requirements, scoping, use cases, sequence diagrams, proposals for future states, etc.). 


• Identify strategies for elevating customer satisfaction levels. 

Responsibilties:

• Foster strong collaboration with business users and IT team members, aiding in the definition of business problems/requirements and offering consultations and recommendations for suitable solutions. 


• Assume primary responsibility or provide support and guidance to fellow Business Analysts in the development of business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specification documents (FS). 


• Participate in research, solution analysis, and gap analysis between business requirements and the functionality of the existing IT system  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics 


• Finance, or a related field.Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst after graduating from university. 


• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and leadership. 

Priority Conditions: 

• Fluent in English. (Proficiency in advanced level English required)  

Experience: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst position 


• Experience in developing new businesses or planning and implementing new projects of IT.

Certification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent  

Technical Competencies:

• IT System & Database Architecture: Understanding of IT system and database architecture. 


• System Integration: Knowledge of system integration of IT systems.
