Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain and E- commerce to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Supply chain and E- commerce processes, and the ability to manage and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance Supply chain and E- commerce operations
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency
Conduct detailed analysis of Supply chain and E- commerce processes
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of business analysts
Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high- quality output
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather requirements, develop business cases, and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, warehouse management, logistics, E- commerce, and finance teams
Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision- making
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor Supply chain and E- commerce performance
Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Project Management:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and resolve issues
Lead and participate in related projects from inception to completion
