Job Target
To translate customer and business needs into development stories that are easy to understand by the Management, QA & Development teams while working hands- on with BPMN and Flowable, ensuring technical feasibility and structured processes.
Operational tasks
Works together with lead developers to provide high- level estimates that support defining a lead time for the requested feature.
Translates business requirements into functional requirements, mock- ups, and diagrams.
Clarifies QA questions on functionality and regression test scenarios.
Able to read, write, and validate Groovy scripts for business logic within BPMN models, utilizing AI to generate initial script versions.
Is responsible, alongside the functional team, for delivering according to business priorities as indicated by stakeholders and product owners.
Organizes and supports handovers of projects or products after delivery to the operations team.
Works together with UX designers and Product Owners to define requirements for prototypes.
Defines user stories with acceptance criteria in collaboration with lead developers.
Collects and clarifies requirements received from product/project management and internal customers.
Organizes team meetings according to established practices (e.g., daily stand- up, retrospective).
Models business processes in e.g. Draw.io, creating high- level diagrams for approval before transitioning to detailed BPMN modeling.
Ensures the design accounts for both success and failure cases, anticipating real- world complexities and edge cases.
Validates functionality in the User Acceptance environment for both happy paths and failure scenarios (unhappy paths).
Works hands- on with the Flowable BPMN engine to design, model, and implement business processes.
Organizational tasks Depending on the level of expertise, takes part in technical evaluation of candidates, trains, mentors and coaches newcomers and colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing;
Keeps confidentiality of all company information;
Ensures proper usage of software applications installed on Unifiedpost IT equipment applying existing rules and recommendations against software viruses;
Follows instructions and guidelines when using company equipment (e.g. IT, phone, car) and maintains them in good condition;
Maintains software configuration and makes sure that any new software installed is licensed.
Deals with complexity and keeps efficiency and ease in mind when defining functional requirements;
Registers the time worked in designated tools (e.g. NetSuite, Jira) and
Follows project requirements, quality standards and deadlines as set in the project specifications;
Takes over colleagues’ tasks and responsibilities during holidays or other leaves;
Follows the Collective Labor Agreement, Unifiedpost Internal Regulations and Fire, Work Health & Safety norms and regulations;
Provides necessary documents & certifications and fills in the required documents as per company and/or department rules and regulations (e.g. criminal record, expense report, attendance sheet);
absences in advances following internal procedures (NetSuite);
Applies work procedures, guidelines and instructions in performing the job responsibilities and tasks;
