Senior Business Analyst (English, Marketing Tech, SaaS)

We&039;re seeking a passionate and analytical Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Talent Marketing Tech solutions. You&039;ll become the bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex customer requests into actionable product features. Collaborating closely with cross- functional teams, you&039;ll drive innovation, optimize product roadmaps, and ensure delivered solutions exceed expectations.
As a Senior BA, your main responsibilities will include:

Drive feature ownership: Take ownership of feature specifications, rallying cross- functional teams around them as the sole source of truth for product development scopes.
Ensure delivery success: Collaborate with design and development teams to guarantee accurate implementation, and partner with QA teams to define test cases and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Foster strong relationships: Establish and maintain effective communication with diverse stakeholders, including customer success, product, engineering, AI, and QA teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Shape the product roadmap: Actively contribute to product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring business requirements seamlessly integrate with the overall vision.
Become a product champion: Provide video walkthroughs and support to stakeholders during product launches and updates, fostering enthusiasm and understanding.
Uncover optimization opportunities: Leverage data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights, identify areas for improvement in business processes and product functionalities, and inform backlog prioritization aligned with business goals.
Gather and document detailed feature specifications: Collaborate with customer success teams, stakeholders, and internal partners to elicit and translate their needs into clear, comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize sprint backlogs
Fluent English in written and verbal communication
Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non- technical audiences
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with Generative AI products is a bonus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS product company (Marketing Tech, B2B experience a strong plus)
Track record of successfully identifying and resolving roadblocks in product development
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a bonus
