Senior Business Analyst Fintech, Accounting

Support in application testing process: verifying test cases
Work on internal projects to manage daily operation of the company
Analysing change requests and anticipating their impacts on current system
Anticipating uncovered areas and proposing solutions
Gathering information from various stakeholders and document those requirements in required formats
Working with clients, contractors, service provider to deliver software development service on programming
Transfer knowledge to development team
Support PM in the pre- sales process by analyzing, clarifying, and understanding what clients are looking for, then working closely with developers/technical leaders to provide solution overviews, writing proposals, and presenting them to client
Collect lesson learns, best practices and new knowledge from experience and incorporate them into the knowledge base of your team.
Analysing and documenting processes into diagrams (BPMN standard if required)
Contribute ideas to optimize working processes
Working closedly and continuously with key stakeholders to make sure the whole project team are on the same page from raw requirements to implementations

MUST HAVE SKILLS

Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0+)
Experience with mockup design tools: Moqups, Mockflow, Wireframe
Experience in reading, analyzing, and developing diagrams (UML, BPMN 2.0)
Experience in complex FinTech projects, accounting
Have at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
Experience in working with the international team
Experience in working with Agile model and software development team

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in working with Agile model
Have PSM I or PSM II certificates
Experience with RDBMS: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle
