Senior Business Analyst (Mobile Apps, English)

We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst to define strategies and lead mobile application development. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create user- centric mobile apps that align with business goals while managing end- to- end development and driving innovation.
What you’ll do

Define mobile app strategies, roadmaps, and align projects with business goals.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and perform UAT.
Oversee app development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user and business needs.
Document functional specs, process flows, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

What you’ll bring

Strong understanding of mobile development processes (iOS/Android) and Agile methodologies.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in Mobile apps or Digital products.
Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify areas for improvement and propose effective mobile solutions.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related fields; certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
