Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst to work on a high profile and strategically significant project within the Recruitment Division at the Access Group. We want to create an outstanding user experience for our customers, and for us this starts with high quality requirements, which is why the Business Analyst will be a crucial and integral part of the project team. The holder will work closely alongside Product Managers, UX designers and Developers and other stakeholders including some customers to develop requirements for our Volcanic product.
About you:
You are an excellent analyst who is not afraid to get your hands dirty in order to understand where the real business problems lie and can communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
Day- to- day, you will: 

Shape requirements for AI- powered features, focusing on smart workflows and personalized experiences, while also championing user experience by conducting journey mapping and ensuring features are customer- centric and accessible.
Provide clarity to quality assurance teams, support user acceptance testing, and leverage feedback and analytics to drive continuous product improvement and team capability.
Collaborate with teams to gather detailed requirements, translate them into user stories, and break down complex features for efficient delivery, ensuring alignment with both short- term and long- term goals.
Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure shared understanding, clearly convey decisions, and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and workflows for traceability.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

Passion for creating excellent user experiences or some prior UX experience is highly desirable.
Excellent active listening, clear and concise communication, ability to maintain composure under stress, and a continuous learning mindset.
Proven ability to make sound decisions, identify root causes in ambiguous situations, and efficiently solve problems through insightful questioning and assumption testing.
Degree- level qualification or equivalent, coupled with demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst or a comparable role.
