Act as the business analyst for assigned business outcomes, including:
Deliver business analysis services as outlined in the business analysis service catalog, enabling business change through technological and organizational initiatives.
Maintain and manage documentation to ensure information remains current, updating and editing as directed by the squad.
Breaking down work and scoping business outcomes, epics, and features.
Defining clear, actionable, and testable acceptance criteria for functional requirements.
Specifying non- functional requirements.
Drive successful delivery of business outcomes through structured analysis and problem- solving.
Ensure effective risk identification and mitigation.
Support business outcome delivery by conducting methodical, detail- oriented analysis and problem- solving.
Create high- quality artifacts to document processes, decisions, and ongoing work, including internal change collateral, training materials, process maps, testing activities, and release documentation.
Produce clear and comprehensive documentation to support change and implementation efforts.
Contribute to risk management and governance by identifying, articulating, and documenting risks and dependencies while collaborating with squad members to mitigate them.
Collaborate with team members to align on goals and processes while adhering to Agile principles.
Job Requirements
Proven ability to deliver high- quality artifacts such as business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non- functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing materials, and risk/control flows.
Hands- on experience working in cross- functional Agile environments and contributing to Agile ceremonies and practices.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and scheme management.
Experience preparing teams for technical releases.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A degree in business, economics, science, or equivalent is preferred.
5+ years of experience in business analysis across any industry.

Experienced in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in planning, prioritization, and meeting project deliverables.
Skilled in problem- solving, with the ability to propose evidence- based and viable solutions.
Foundational knowledge of banking processes, systems, and infrastructure is a plus.
Knowledge of industry- standard frameworks such as BABOK, PMBOK, and Agile practices.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools and methodologies that support process improvement and technical release management.
Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, science, or a related profession.
