POSITION: Senior C&B Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Administer employee benefit programs (e.g., insurance, work permits) and identify improvement opportunities.
Oversee the complete process of employee compensation and benefits.
Contract Management:
Monitor contract renewals and manage employment contracts in compliance with laws and company policies.
Employee Data Management:
Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records.
Utilize HR systems for effective data management and reporting.
HR Regulations & Policies:
Stay updated on HR regulations and compliance requirements.
Contribute to developing and revising HR policies and procedures.
Internal Communication:
Implement strategies to communicate compensation, benefits, and HR policies effectively.
Ensure employees are well- informed through reliable communication channels.
Administration Management:
Execute administrative duties, including contractor management and paperwork, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage facilities, office supplies, and equipment to maintain a productive work environment.
Record and monitor monthly expenses, ensuring budget adherence and timely payments.
Asset & Financial Oversight:
Handle financial transactions, including payments for goods, services, and utilities.
Oversee company assets, ensuring proper functionality.
Supplier and Building Liaison:
Manage supplier relations, address administrative concerns, and coordinate with building management.
Other related tasks as required by Line Manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; high attention to detail with strong analytical/problem- solving.
Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accurate, confidential data management.
Proven expertise in C&B, including SHUI and PIT administration; solid hands- on payroll operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Team- lead experience overseeing C&B/Admin operations and vendor/building coordination.
Up- to- date knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations and experience contributing to HR policy development.
