Senior Category Manager (Fresh & Meat)

Plan and ensure timely delivery of products and coordinate with Operations team on inventory matters
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, timely delivery, billing, etc.
Analyze market trends to make insightful buying decisions
Build and maintain relationship with suppliers
Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating best deals and pricing with supplier
Coordinate and brainstorm on launch product campaigns and product push
Responsible for sourcing and buying new products under the Fresh & Meat category
Plan and develop strategies to achieve monthly sales within budget
Work hand- in- hand with other departments such as Business, Operation, Customer Service to ensure that product listings and promotions are aligned

Experience in start- up (e- commerce) companies will be an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively bilingual
At least 3- 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Supermarket industry
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent
Able to work in a fast- paced environment
