This is a unique, high- impact opportunity for a hybrid data professional who is part analyst, part strategist, and part leader. As our founding Senior Data Analyst, you will do more than just crunch numbers; you will be the bridge between data and business strategy. You will work hand- in- hand with leadership and key departments like Sales, Biz Ops and Product to ask the right questions, uncover critical insights, and build the data solutions that will fuel our next stage of growth. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for translating complex data into actionable strategies, and the ambition to build a data function from the ground up.
What You&039;ll Do
Insight Generation & Analysis: Dive deep into complex, and sometimes messy, datasets. You will analyze and interpret this data to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and actionable insights that the business can act upon.
Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary data partner for Sales, Biz Ops, and Product teams. Proactively identify and answer key business questions that drive strategic decisions.
Develop Data- Driven Solutions: Move beyond dashboards. You will design, develop, and implement end- to- end data- driven solutions—from analytical frameworks to predictive models—to solve critical business challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Team & Function Building: As one of the first data hires, you will set the standard for data analytics at the company and define our core metrics. You will help champion data literacy and promote an analytical mindset throughout the organization through workshops, presentations, and ongoing support.
Storytelling with Data: Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non- technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and influential way. Your ability to tell a story with data will be crucial to driving business decisions.
Data Governance: Collaborate closely with Engineering and other relevant teams to ensure a robust, scalable, secure, and compliant data infrastructure that supports advanced analytics needs. Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, data governance, data security, and ethical data usage.
Predictive Analytics: Develop and implement predictive models and foundational machine learning algorithms to forecast trends, understand customer behavior, and drive key business outcomes like lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value.
