WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

External Partnership Support: Provide comprehensive data services and analytical solutions for external partners, including approaching cross- functional teams across multiple regions (e.g., US, Canada, EU, and Australia).
Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep- dive analysis to identify market trends, operational opportunities, and performance patterns while developing sophisticated predictive models to address complex business challenges.
Data Storytelling: Communicate complex analytical findings and insights clearly to both technical and non- technical audiences through compelling visualization dashboards and executive- ready presentations.
Decision Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive dashboards, reports, and decision- support tools that enable strategic planning and operational optimization.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with enterprise services to understand complex data requirements and translate strategic business questions into actionable analytical frameworks.
Process Design & Documentation: Build and document working processes, translating complex operational practices into clear, standardized, and actionable guidelines.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership.

Education and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Business Analysis roles.
English skills: Equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher.
Education: Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Technical Competencies:

Programming Skills: Experience with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages is advantageous.
Analytical Excellence: Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to transform complex datasets into strategic business insights.
Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency with industry- standard BI platforms including Excel and Power Query; advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud highly preferred.
Database Management: Strong foundation in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis; experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
