Senior Digital Content & Marketing Specialist

Job summary: el- live Productions is seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling visual and digital narratives that not only enhance our bands&039; brands and marketing efforts but also drive our social media presence and overall content strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design and video editing, coupled with a keen understanding of digital marketing principles and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Design:

Design unique band logos, bios that reflect our bands’ musical styles and identities.
Create visual materials including banners, infographics for social media platforms and website

Multimedia Content Creation & Editing:

Lead and conduct the production of short, engaging videos of our bands for social media distribution and promotional campaigns.
Perform photo and video editing to ensure all multimedia content is of professional quality and aligns with brand guidelines.

Social Media Marketing & Management:

Manage social media marketing efforts, including scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and fostering community engagement with both our hotel partners and artist community.
Develop and execute daily social media content.
Set up targeted advertisements on social media platforms.

Artist Support & Promotion:

Collaborate with the Recruitment team to develop compelling content for artist recruitment campaigns.
Lead photoshoots, video shoots, and specific promotional needs
Deliver wardrobe guidelines to new onboarding artists to ensure professional appearance for performances.

Qualifications:

Experience in the music industry or a passion for music is a plus.
Proven graphic design and video editing experience.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canvas, Capcut.
Good command of English, especially spoken.
Capacity to handle last- minute changes and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
