POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and optimizing all digital marketing activities to drive revenue across key online sales channels, including the e- commerce website, marketplaces, and TikTok Shop. This role also supports traffic growth for retail channels through digital initiatives. As a key link between agencies, commercial teams, creative departments, and platform partners, the Digital Supervisor ensures the brand&039;s digital strategy is executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Marketplace Revenue Growth
Setup, monitor and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency across key SKUs.
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and quarterly growth strategies with key e- commerce platforms.
Analyze weekly/monthly product performance data to guide stock management and commercial priorities.
Work closely with commercial teams to build and execute media strategies tailored for each marketplace.
TikTok Shop Development
Manage and optimize ad spend and ROAS/ ROI in coordination with agencies, ensuring effective performance despite limited creative assets.
Work with agencies to analyze user behavior, refine content strategies, and drive growth through affiliate/KOC expansion and community building.
Collaborate closely with agency partners to plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, including livestream ads, video ads, and shop tab promotions.
Retail Traffic Support via Digital
Align media planning with retail calendars and store initiatives to maximize impact.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for consistent, engaging storytelling across channels.
Increase brand visibility and in- store footfall via targeted digital campaigns.
Oversee and run digital campaigns across all channels for social and branding purposes, ensuring consistent messaging, performance optimization, and brand visibility across platforms
Reporting & Data- Driven Actions
Lead and maintain consistent reporting cadence:
Weekly: Summarize key insights, campaign trends, and traffic sources.
Daily: Monitor ad performance and take immediate corrective actions.
Leverage data to guide media decisions, content directions, conversion optimization, and budget allocation.
Propose and execute A/B testing and improvements based on metrics across all digital channels.
Monthly: Provide full performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
Manage and control all advertising budgets and payment procedures
