Senior Digital Marketing Executive

· Work closely and collaborate with cross- functional teams to deliver promotion campaigns on Website, MiniApp for key customers.
· Create, manage analyze and increase performance of digital paid media campaign in accordance with marketing & communication strategy.
· Implement market research about marketing trends, user demands change and competitor analysis to explore applicable user growth marketing opportunities and diversified user growth channels/model.
· Manage Budget of project
· Develops, and executes communications plan in alignment with brand/ product goals.
· Conduct websites, digital assets and marketing channels performance analysis with proposals for further growth. Utilize strong analytical capacity to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, instrument’s conversion points and optimize user funnels.
· Create & align SEO strategies for websites & manage SEO performance and create new value for business. Identify user trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Cooperate with external marketing agencies and/or internal partners to achieve business/ campaign objectives
· Project management including planning, execution, data monitoring & analysis
Experience
· Experience in developing & optimizing landing pages, website, digital asset and user funnels
· Demonstrable experience managing SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, paid media campaign. Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising and communication campaign.
· Proven work experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing (2- 3 years). Strong knowlege of Social Media management including Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, etc.
· Experience working with data sets, CRM or CDP is a plus.
Required Skills/ Abilities
· Strong knowledge of performance marketing, tracking, attribution models, and key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
· Have attention to detail & Can plan in advance, but also quickly adapt new requirements
· Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
· Strong proficiency in Vietnamese communication and a good level of English
· Business- minded with a can- do attitude, strong analytical and numerical skills, and proven experience in budget management and data- driven decision- making
· Minimum 3years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1 years in a Senior role or equivalent
· Have a solid foundation and experience working with website analytics tools. Hands- on experience with web content management tools
· Able to work under high pressure & meet deadlines
· Hands- on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.)
