ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and produce creative content for marketplaces and social media platforms;
Participate in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs);
Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration;
Regularly set up campaigns and promotional mechanics for various marketplaces, optimizing content to drive customer engagement and sales;
Monitor the health of platform accounts, proactively address any issues or ad- hoc problems, and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines;
Create and maintain listings on the marketplace, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management;
Assist in managing online business operations on marketplaces, ensuring smooth day- to- day operations and optimal performance (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc);
Undertake other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in E- commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
Energetic, self- motivated, and able to thrive in a fast- paced working environment.
Good command of both English and Chinese languages.
3+ years of experience in e- commerce, preferably with familiarity in Amazon operations.
Well- organized and detail- oriented with good analytical skills and a business- driven mindset.
Good team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.

WORKING TIME

Monday – Friday: From 08:30 – 17:30
