What you will do
Operations:
Track the connection of partners. Ensure the connection is on schedule: technical, payment;
Break down the department’s objectives & goals into smaller tasks quarterly, monthly, weekly;
Be the main point of contact with all departments. Work with both business and technical teams.
Utilize company resources, such as research, data, analytics, partnership to form the best practices to manage daily operations;
Prepare model contracts, supervise the signing of contracts with partners according to the correct form and legality. Resolve all contract issues;
Monitor status and operations of all projects and campaigns of the department to allocate work, and make on- time delivery;
Understand the company and the department’s organization structure to coordinate with other departments;
Customer Experience Excellence:
Collect information about CE from different sources such as TA, CS, BD.
Follow closely the CEE weekly report, coordinate with relevant departments in improving customer experience, and propose solutions for feedback from customers and other teams;
Service Desk – Monitoring:
Organize and assign teams to ensure stand by situation when operational system occur issues/ troubles that affect Revenue or Customer Experience;
Coordinate with Protech to troubleshooting incidents as soon as possible.
Be the main PIC of the Service desk, ensuring continuous operation of the operating system, managing Incident Management report;
Business Development:
Explore the market to sign new cooperation with partners;
Develop new projects, new cooperation from current partners, or search for new partners. – Search for cooperation opportunities – Calculate financial efficiency, resource planning, and implementation plans – Coordinate with BO to sign contracts, appendices… – Support and participate with Protech in product development and design – Coordinate marketing and product marketing. – Coordinate with cell teams to review and adjust cooperation and products (if necessary);
Market insights: Update industry information, market information, and competitive information from competitors; Analyze MM data and market data to make decision making; Coordinate with MBI/CI to evaluate and implement customer research programs.
Connect with partners for cooperation programs, sales programs, and promotions;
Be main PIC in BD in order to Plan tasks and set policies and Business orientation of the whole team including Pricing (pricing policy), Place (sales channel policy, distribution, inventory flow,) Planning, Product Roadmap;
What you will need
Universitydegree majoring in Economics, Marketing, Business;
Haveminimum 2 years of experience in Project Operations, Administration;
Experiencein Travel agencies, airlines, ecommerce.
Provenrecord in owning end- to- end execution of initiatives/programs that transformedthe company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact;
Fintech,Technology, E- commerce (fast- paced start- up environment) is preferable;
Read, Writeand Communicate fluently in English. Proficient in office informationtechnology tools;
Able to create,visualize and optimize processes. Able to understand reports, analyzeindicators;
Can workindependently and work in a team;
Responsibleat work, honest, enthusiastic, hard- working and progressive;
Ability toprioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines.
