We are designing a Personal Finance product suite that helps users manage their financial life and educates users on financial knowledge. For this growing product, we’re looking for a content creator to help us generate in- and out- app high quality content for the product suite.
The candidate will sit in the Growth team, reporting to the project’s Growth Manager. As part of a broader Growth team, you will also participate in Growth marketing activities to acquire and engage users. Therefore, the role also suits someone who wants to broaden your knowledge beyond the Copywriting profession.
What you will do
Content Marketing (80%)
Brainstorm and strategize content directions and tones, targeting specific user segments and context
Own full content pillars
Product content: Function text, educational content, etc.
Product communication in & out- app: Notification, social posts, banners, etc.
Keep up with social media trend; respond ASAP to trends/memes to generate viral awareness and engagement for our product
Copy, proofread, edit your own and other’s copy
Define key metrics, run experiment, report, and make improvements
Growth Marketing (20%)
Project- manage product & growth marketing initiatives, coordinating various departments and stakeholders.
Initiate and run Branding & Promotion campaign: brief/design marketing material and run communications;
What you will need
Experience in conceptualizing and scripting social media video and podcast contents;
Highly organized thinker with deep attention to detail;
Self- motivated, proactive, accountable. Able to work under pressure, independently and manage own time/ progress;
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, PR, or a related field;
Fun- loving; we care whether you enjoy spending time with the team;
2- 4 years of creative writing experiences, preferably at agency, tech consumer apps, games, financial institutions (must provide portfolio of work/writing samples);
Able to alternate between formal and casual/Gen- Z language content;
Familiarity with auto- reply messages / chatbot.
