Senior Executive ERP

Providing technical support and training ERP end- users.
Providing procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Analyzing data processing modules and identifying areas of enhancements and improvements.
Updating and managing ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
Monthly closing ERP, running the Jet reports, cleaning data on time.
Providing and managing the right permission for each user. Review permission monthly and update on time when changing user position or business in charge.
Designing Jet reports for business requirements.
Designing user- friendly functionalities and interfaces.
Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
Working closely with ERP consultants of NVW and HO to find the best solution for business and maintain the system running smoothly.
Working with business owners and managers, end- users, and technicians to help implement the ERP system, including creating reports and analyzing data.
Other tasks will be assigned by the Group Finance Manager.
