(Senior) Executive – Growth Marketing

Project- manage growth marketing & products initiatives, coordinating various departments and stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Tech, Data, etc.);
Self- initiate Promotion activities;
Run operational tasks to execute Marketing & Promotion pillars (e.g., system set up, write requests to relevant teams);
Run Marketing activities: write basic in- app notification & social posts; brief to Creatives to design Banner Ads and execute more complex in- /out- app comms;
Analyze data to review business performance and take action on a daily basis.
Review and make suggestions to improve product pipeline;
Self- initiate and, if needed, brainstorm with Marketing for Branding/Media campaign and Feature education; Promotion will only be a portion of your initiatives to drive growth;

Strong interpersonal skill: must be able to manage stakeholders and drive for results;
Ideally with experiences running full new product launch campaigns, covering both Branding & Promotion activities, and experiences in copywriting/content.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Consulting, or a related field;
1- 3 years of growth and marketing experiences, preferably at agency, tech consumer apps, digital marketing, games, e- wallets; the role isn’t suitable for candidates with sole experiences in running promotion tactics;
Highly organized thinker with EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail;
Performance- driven mindset with strong quantitative skills;
Self- motivated, proactive, accountable. Able to work under pressure, independently and manage own time/ progress;
