What you will do
As the best team to understand product specifications, guidelines and operation procedures from end to end, Integration Force provides supportive guidance and considerable solutions for merchants integration.
Corporate with merchants for the integration launch, also ensure all related reports (data and monitoring) are ready for the new integration;
Escalate the issues to the product team in case of potential fixes, adjustments, or improvements;
Coordinate mutual implementation between MoMo and merchants for marketing campaigns (non- standard ones);
Be the key contact, represent MoMo in all communications regarding payment product pitching, integration, and operation process;
Take good use of collective info and statistical data to filter inactive and low active merchants (no traffic and low traffic) to figure out the root cause and offer better solutions to the stakeholders.
Handle day to day incidents and operational issues which are on the large scale, high impact or critical severity, mostly systematically, which are related to payment products, payment integration models, or payment services;
Initiate standards operating procedures (ex: cashier course of actions) following payment processes;
Prepare and manage the materials needed for pitching, proposing, presenting MoMo’s payment models and payment services;
Consult merchants and KAM for the best possible payment models or services to be integrated or applied Provide supportive guidance for merchants during the integration of payment models Provide debug details and testing assistance if needed;
What you will need
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Economics,…
Experience:
Languages: native Vietnamese, preferable English.
Technical knowledge is a plus;
1- 2 years of experience in positions in these fields: product operation, business operation, or software development;
Know how to use UML 2.5;
Essential skills:
Good communication and presentative skills;
Agile and flexible to give swift actions under high- pressure circumstances.
