Senior Executive – Product, SOF & Financial Hub

Use these insights to improve features and drive user engagement;
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth feature launches and drive user adoption;
Work with designers and engineers to create user flows, wireframes, and feature specifications that meet customer needs and business goals;
Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of features;
Work with the data team to create reports and dashboards to monitor product performance;
Collaborate with engineers during sprints to clarify requirements, test features, and ensure they are launched successfully and on time;
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences;
Manage features within the Financial Hub, focusing on making it an engagement hub where users can manage their finances and explore financial services effectively;

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams;
Proven ability to create user- focused features and deliver measurable business results;
A background in technology or digital products is a plus;
Familiarity with personalization strategies, machine learning, or AI in product development;
Experience working with financial engagement platforms or tools;
Strong understanding of personal financial management solutions and user needs;
Experience 2+ years of experience as a Product Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry;
Experience working in an agile product development environment;
Positive and proactive attitude.
