Senior full stack

1LONG is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Full Stack to lead our technology infrastructure and development efforts. As a Senior Full Stack, you will collaborate directly with our co- founders, and play a pivotal role in product development and the expansion of our engineering team.

Application Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build flexible, scalable, and adaptive applications that align with evolving business needs and support rapid growth.
Technology Research and Implementation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and ecosystems, assess their fit for the company, and drive their adoption to strengthen technical capabilities.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence within the engineering team.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of both frontend and backend systems, identifying and addressing bottlenecks proactively.
Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including product managers and developers, to deliver high- quality software solutions throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Technical Communication: Act as a technical voice in discussions with stakeholders, clearly articulating development strategies, challenges, and progress.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion engineering best practices, including unit testing, peer code reviews, pair programming, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Experience and Leadership:
At least 1 year of team management experience, showcasing the ability to lead, guide, and inspire engineering teams.
Minimum of 5 years in software development with demonstrated expertise in delivering scalable and efficient systems.
Technical Expertise:
Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including serverless architecture, deployment pipelines, cloud storage solutions, and monitoring tools.
Backend Proficiency: Advanced skills in Golang to create scalable, efficient, and secure backend services.
Software Architecture: Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, including microservices, modularity, and maintainability.
Frontend Proficiency: Hands- on experience with Flutter to design, build, and deploy robust cross- platform mobile applications.
Engineering Practices: Expertise in refactoring, and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Problem- Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and rapidly adapt to changing project requirements.
Location: Fully remote and willing to work in a dynamic, fast- paced startup environment.
