Senior HR Business Partner
will be responsible for managing employee and employer relationships, recruitment, training & development, compliance and discipline administration, assisting to define the company culture.

Implement HR Planning Strategies from Directors
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues
Provide HR policy guidance
Collaborate with all functions to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Assist Directors to define and cascade the company culture
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs
Work closely with management, leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Other tasks as required.
Be responsible for recruitment and hiring
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.

Good people management skills
Knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
Good command of English
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Analytical and goal oriented
Good negotiation, presentation, communication, collaboration and management skills.
Proven working experience in HR partner role or similar at least 2 years.
