The primary role of a Senior Human Resource Executive includes managing our recruitment processes, guiding new employees through their onboarding journey, C&B, and playing a key role in building and maintaining our company culture.
Job Description
Recruitment:
Coordinate with various departments to identify recruitment needs and specific hiring criteria.
Execute the recruitment process to ensure the company&039;s staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the company&039;s needs.
Employee Journey Management:
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Carry out the onboarding process to guide and support new employees in integrating with the company.
Monitor and manage the entire journey of employees from their entry into the company to their departure.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
C&B:
Calculate monthly salaries and bonuses for employees.
Estimate the annual budget for salaries and bonuses.
Collaborate with the Team to Build Company Culture:
Listen to and collect feedback from employees to improve the working environment.
Organize internal activities to foster employee engagement and build a positive corporate culture.
Encourage and develop the company&039;s core cultural values.
Other Duties:
Manage office admin tasks.
Supervise and guide HR interns in performing admin tasks.
Requirements
● Educational Background: Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
● Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the HR field, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, corporate culture building, and C&B.
● Knowledge:
+ In- depth understanding of the recruitment process, candidate profile management, and effective recruitment methods.
+ Experience in managing and tracking the employee journey from entry to exit.
+ Knowledge of labor laws and HR- related policies.
+ Experience in developing and implementing onboarding programs.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools.
● Language Skills: Good at English, preferably IELTS 5.5 or TOEIC 650..
● Soft Skills:
+ Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
+ Problem- solving and decision- making attitudes are required.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
