Vibula is a leading social commerce company in Vietnam that specializes in MCN TikTok and TikTok Shop Partners (TSP). We support both Sellers and Creators in operating, developing on TikTok, and expanding to other social media platforms. We act as an intermediary between TikTokers and TikTok&039;s management system. We will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting channels on TikTok to grow with trend- driven, diverse content tailored to each field.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Support in developing strategic influencer selection plans aligned with client insights and campaign objectives.
Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including preparing briefs, proposing KOL/KOC options, content direction suggestions, and managing timelines.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Creative, Business Develop, Account, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely and high- quality campaign delivery.
Team Collaboration & Contribution:
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and provide input to improve campaign strategies and execution.
Maintain a proactive and responsible attitude to support a creative and efficient working environment.
Collaborate closely with team members to contribute ideas and execute assigned tasks effectively.
Influencer System Support & Trend Monitoring:
Help maintain and update the influencer database by industry, content format, and performance metrics.
Keep up with industry trends, emerging platforms, and tools to contribute ideas for strategic enhancements.
Conduct initial evaluations of influencer quality and brand fit as part of the campaign planning process.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Proactively propose backup solutions when performance falls short of targets (e.g., onboarding additional KOCs, adjusting scripts, changing publishing time slots).
Report work progress, issues and performance insights to the Planning Manager and relevant team leads as required.
Prepare performance reports and assist in compiling post- campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Monitor and track campaign progress and key performance metrics, including GMV by creator, individual video/live performance, and product line effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records in the CMS, including video/live links, order codes, and publishing schedules.
Creator Sourcing:
Build and manage a well- structured creator pool, segmented by industry and content expertise, to ensure alignment with brand needs and campaign objectives.
Work directly with creators throughout the entire process—from quotation, coordination, to deliverable verification and acceptance.
Develop strategic collaboration packages and partnership models to optimize workflow, booking budgets, and enhance project efficiency.
Sales Performance Enhancement
Guide creators in producing content aligned with sales insights, including providing sample scripts, captions, hooks, voiceovers, etc.
Recommend content adjustments when performance does not meet expected ROI.
Capture and analyze key insights from high- performing live sessions or videos to replicate and scale successful approaches.
REQUIREMENT
Background:
Familiar with digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e- commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a digital agency or e- commerce/digital- focused company.
