Senior IT Business Analyst

Other tasks assigned.
Follow task development, carry out UAT and demo/train end- users.
Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications
Analyse the requirements from customers in business view and end- user view
Tracking all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, change request of the project
Create wireframes and API development using
Document functional and business requirements
Understand causes, activity diagrams and system process flows
Understand customer business process, needs and requirements

Strong business analytical skill and logical mind. Be able to grasp the complex software system and learn quickly
English fluency, especially in writing and reading
Good UML knowledge is a great asset
Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools
5 years + experiences in IT Business Analyst/Product Owner/Product Executive
Major in Information Technology (Master/University/Collage)
Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure, available to work at any time
Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentations
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Have a deep knowledge of software development process & experience in E- commerce industry
Good communication, presentation and management skills
