Business Analyst
you will be responsible for
analyzing, proactively collaborating with relevants partners to conduct team project planning and implementing

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Clarify, update, prioritize and manage the product backlog
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for prospective improvements, and consult the most possible solutions
Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire insights of the business regarding to objectives, risks with complete understanding of their expectation and demands
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up- to- date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Consolidate, analyze, elaborate, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Then ensure the team understand the product requirements and the product is delivered at high quality
Supporting Project Manager and Product Owner through Scrum activities and business related activities or playing the role of Product Owner when required
Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks
