Senior Legal Executive

- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Liaise and correspond with external counsels in dealing with related legal matters;
- Coordinate and drive legal projects and audit- related matters (if required);
- Act as the primary senior legal counsel;
- Apply for the necessary licenses.
- Review, update and advise the management, business, and support functions about local regulatory developments, market best practices/developments on legal compliance;
- On request participate in negotiations in supporting business to ensure the mitigation of legal risks while business objectives can be satisfactory by considering practical and commercial solutions;
- Other assignments by BOD.
- Draft, review and advise contracts/ agreements required by the Company to ensure the legality of contract/agreements.
- Develop legal framework contracts with pre- defined legal and commercial terms and provide proper contracting governance in order to minimize legal and economic impacts;

- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
- Good time and task management skills.
- Fluent in English, especially in law fields
- Ability to deal with multi- functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
- Experience in exporting practice is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and procedures
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Bachelor of Law, Qualified lawyer in Vietnam (preferred)
- Outstanding problem- solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
- Fast learner, Independence, passionate about the legal field
- Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
