As the Senior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. You will also lead the team Project and Operation Excellence within the Operation function. Your role will involve strategic planning, optimizing fulfillment costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing quality control measures, evaluating and implementing technology solutions, collaborating with customer service teams, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and safety, and leading various projects and innovations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Produce a rate card for potential leads.
Set goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics, especially during campaigns.
Lead the team in Project and Operation Excellence within the Operation function.
Onboard new group brands and provide necessary support.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain order management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other technology solutions to support efficient order fulfillment operations.
Explore automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors in fulfillment operations.
Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers and optimize fulfillment costs according to company objectives and key results (OKRs).
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment operations.- - Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Provide in- depth insights and analysis on how to improve fulfillment cost, SKU assortment, gift vs. main ratio.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Design suitable supply chain and fulfillment modes for new group brands.
Drive projects, innovations, and value- added service initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and meet company business goals.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address order- related inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to order fulfillment operations, including safety standards, data privacy, and product labeling.
Oversee the day- to- day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.
