Duties and Responsibilities
Position Description
The Senior Manager, Agency Recruitment & Productivity position is responsible for driving continuous improvement and enhancing productivity within the agency channel to align with strategic objectives. This role focuses on increasing productivity, quality, and efficiency in sales territories nationwide, particularly in the productivity of new agents and mid- tier agency segment.
• Define key strategic productivity targets in collaboration with department leaders and sales regions. Ensure seamless integration of these targets into the 1- year and 5- year plans.
• Collaborate with the agency channel to ensure thorough execution of key agency strategic targets across sales regions. Regularly visit sales offices to actively participate and observe agency meetings, training sessions, etc.
• Monitor risk and compliance factors in assigned locations/regions. Review Key Risk Indicators and identify potential cases of misconduct or fraud through various risk analysis reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as case count per agent, case size, active ratio, etc. Conduct analysis to track sales and recruitment quality by region.
• Undertake special assignments, including performing key- user functions with specialized productivity improvement, participating in projects/project management, and contributing to various ad- hoc activities.
• Develop and implement productivity projects aimed at enhancing business profitability, with a specific focus on new agents and mid- tiers. Lead projects and provide guidance to other project leaders on implementing productivity improvements.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills to support data- driven decision- making for productivity improvement and process optimization.
• Effective time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple assignments.

• Excellent presentation skills with fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management skills.
• 5+years of experiences in the life insurance industry, which having field force experience is preferrable
• Team- work spirit and collaboration skills
• Excellent knowledge of life insurance, sales management, sales analysis, sales planning, database management.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, especially senior management teams.
• University or master’s degree.
