Senior Manager, Leasing (Logistics Park)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
Support VP/Director in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Formulating and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s logistics portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in leasing in the same industry.
