Senior Marketing Designer

The Marketing Designers are responsible for developing and maintaining visual assets that the corporate brand uses for its branding, promotion, and presence both online and offline. They apply their creativity and design skills to generate enticing, memorable designs that align with the brand&039;s identity and appeal to their target audience.

Take approved concepts into production by creating new assets, reworking existing assets, or licensing design library content following guidance.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders from all PS studios and that the needs of each studio are met on time.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables.
Create different printed marketing collaterals used in venue and event branding; merchandise and swag design, visual content for internal communication such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, etc
Follow, maintain, and make suggestions to improve the Global Brand Book.
Develop unique, stand- out branding creative materials, including reels, social videos, gifs, animation, and still formats.
Supervise other designer(s) in terms of overseeing work, setting goals, and measuring performance as well as mentor them in best practices, design process, and ideation.
Create graphic/visual content aligned with our brand guidelines, values and graphic guidelines in a consistent manner for all digital channels (web, social media, internal communication) by utilizing company assets, external licensed resources or creating new assets.
Ensure consistency across various channels and departments with brand guidelines.

Organized, clean file management, clean presentation ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field;
Ability to mentor and receive feedback.
Able to follow directions, ask for help, or engage assistance.
People and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality outcomes
Good English communication skills
Understanding of foundation design principles including visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color, negative space, and balance.
1+ years of experience managing/mentoring in- house design teams in fast- paced environments.
3+ years of relevant Marketing Design experience

13 months salary/year.
