The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand image, build relationships with vendors/merchants, and optimize the customer experience. This role involves coordinating both online and offline marketing efforts, managing budgets, and developing external communication strategies to support the company’s business growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales and Lead generation
Plan and organize the business marketing activities to B2B prospects to influence the buying decision making process
Build the overall marketing plan to generate lead for sales funnel
Brand Building & Relationship Management:
Develop, plan, and execute projects and events to promote the brand image and strengthen relationships with vendors and merchants.
Collect and analyze user feedback to propose and implement improvements that enhance the customer journey.
Manage, supervise and control the internal activities to ensure the brand compliance as brand guidelines
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan, conceptualize, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing efforts, both internally and externally.
Build and maintain relationships with PR partners to enhance brand visibility.
Optimize and manage the marketing budget across different channels and tactics to ensure a positive return on investment.
Digital Presence Management:
Develop and maintain the brand’s online presence across the website and social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
External Communication:
Oversee all external communication materials (press releases, speeches, interviews, brochures, video clips) and channels (email, website, social media platforms).
Build and execute external communication strategies, including community engagement, CSR activities, business achievements, and awards.
Manage media coverage to support business growth and enhance the company’s image.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Plan and execute CSR events, such as exhibitions, webinars, talk shows, community days, and donation drives, to support the company’s sustainability initiatives.
Event Management:
Plan and execute internal and external company events to build corporate image and support employee engagement and culture building.
Design internal communication materials (videos, images, certificates) to ensure smooth and effective company- wide communication.
Internal Communication:
Act as the central hub for information distribution, managing and developing content across internal communication channels (Direct, Email, Facebook, Website, Radio, Internal Portal).
Ensure all internal communications align with the company’s brand guidelines.
